Roofing, Siding & Window Contractor Serving Fairfield County, CT
Cooper Modifications serves homeowners across Fairfield County, with a focus on the shoreline towns of Westport, Fairfield, and Stratford. This is the Gold Coast, where houses sit close to Long Island Sound and take real wind and salt exposure, so material choices and fastening matter.

Towns we serve in Fairfield County
Westport, Fairfield, and Stratford, plus surrounding communities near the shore. Whether your home is a Compo Beach cottage, a Southport colonial, or a Lordship waterfront house, we match the roof, siding, and windows to your exposure.
Coastal weather across the county
Fairfield County's shoreline took the hardest coastal damage during Irene and heavy damage from Sandy. Salt air corrodes flashing and fasteners, and wind lifts poorly installed shingles. We install high-wind roofing, corrosion-resistant materials, and gutters sized for coastal rain, and we build to flood-zone requirements where they apply.
