Roofing, Siding & Window Contractor Serving New Haven County, CT
New Haven County is home base for Cooper Modifications. Our shop is in Milford, and we work across the county's shoreline and inland towns, from Sound-front cottages to wooded suburban neighborhoods.
Your Trusted Contractor in New Haven County
The county splits into two worlds for a roofer: the coast, where salt air and wind rule, and the inland towns, where snow load and ice dams do. We build for both.
Towns we serve in New Haven County
Milford, Branford, Guilford, Madison, Cheshire, and North Haven. Shoreline homes in Milford, Branford, Guilford, and Madison get coastal-grade materials; inland homes in Cheshire and North Haven get the ventilation and eave details that beat ice dams.
Two climates, one county
On the shore, we use high-wind roofing, corrosion-resistant flashing and fasteners, and gutters for heavy coastal rain, and we build to flood-zone rules. The immediate coast around Madison is where Connecticut's strongest design wind zone begins. Inland, we fix the causes of ice dams and size gutters for snowmelt.
